Built for HIIT studios

The HIIT gym timer your class can actually read

F:timer puts a fullscreen interval clock on your studio TV — work, rest, round, station and what's coming next — in your own branding, controlled from your phone.

No credit card. Works on any TV with a browser.

Why a phone timer stops working past 10 people

Nobody can see it

A phone propped on a bench doesn't reach the back of the floor. A TV clock does, from every station.

The coach is stuck to it

If the timer lives in your hand you can't correct form. Running it from your pocket or a clicker frees you up.

It looks like nothing

The screen is on for every class, all day. A generic stopwatch is a wasted branding surface.

What you get for HIIT classes

Every HIIT format

Tabata 20/10, 30/30, 45/15, EMOM, AMRAP, ladders or a fully custom round sequence. Build it once, run it forever.

Station circuits

Show the current station, round number, time left and what's next — with a clear rotate screen between stations.

Your studio's branding

Your logo, your colors and your class names on the screen instead of a stock stopwatch.

Any TV, no hardware

Open a web page on a smart TV, stick or laptop and pair it to your account. Setup takes about five minutes.

Run it from the floor

Start, pause, skip and reset from your phone, or from a Bluetooth keyboard clipped to your clipboard.

Audible cues

Beeps and alert tones on work, rest and transitions so athletes hear the change over the music.

Class leaderboards

Members enter scores on their phone and the results appear on the TV at the end of the session.

Multiple rooms & locations

Run different clocks on different screens at the same time, each with its own workout.

HIIT timer questions

What timer do HIIT gyms use for classes?

Most HIIT studios run a fullscreen interval clock on a wall-mounted TV so every athlete can see work, rest and the round they're on. F:timer runs in a browser on any smart TV, streaming stick or laptop, and the coach controls it from their phone.

Can I run 20/10 Tabata, EMOM and circuit intervals?

Yes. You can build any work/rest structure — Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, circuits with station rotations, or a custom sequence of rounds — and save it so it's one tap next class.

Does the timer show station rotations?

Yes. Circuit workouts show the current station, the round you're on, time left at the station and what's coming up next, plus a transition screen telling athletes to rotate.

Can the clock use my studio's logo and colors?

Yes. Your logo, colors and workout names show on the TV, so the screen looks like part of your studio instead of a generic stopwatch app.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Any TV that can open a web page works. Pair a cheap Bluetooth keyboard or remote if you want to start, pause and skip from the floor without your phone.

Put a real clock on your studio wall

Set it up before your next class. It takes about five minutes.
