F:timer ("we", "us", "our") provides branded interval clocks for gyms. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use ftimer.app and our related services (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up — by email, magic link, or Google sign-in — we collect your email address, display name, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile picture and Google account ID.
• Gym information. Gym name, location names, brand color, logo, and clock configurations you create.
• Usage data. Basic logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, errors) used to keep the Service reliable and secure.
• Billing data. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We only store the subscription status and customer ID, not card numbers.

2. How we use information

• To create and operate your account and your gym's clocks.
• To sync clocks across your devices and TVs.
• To send essential service emails (sign-in links, receipts, important changes).
• To prevent abuse and debug issues.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your F:timer account. We do not share Google user data with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (such as our hosting and database providers), and we do not use it for advertising. You can revoke Google's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers we rely on to run F:timer — hosting, database, email delivery, and payments — under contracts that require them to protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us (see below). Backups are purged within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, hashed credentials, row-level security on our database — to protect your information. No service is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

7. Children

F:timer is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us to make a request.
