Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
Welcome to F:timer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ftimer.app and our related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.
3. Free trial
New accounts may receive a free trial. Features and limits during the trial may change. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account becomes read-only.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful or to harm others.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, including logos or trademarks.
- Resell or repackage the Service without our written permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the logos, names, and clock content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your viewers.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by F:timer and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Do not rely on F:timer for safety-critical timing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, F:timer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where F:timer is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
